  • Indonesia’s First Internet Multifunctional Satellite

Satria-1 is the first multifunctional satellite initiated by the government through the Ministry of Communication and Informatics to provide internet access at public service points, especially in areas not covered by fiber optic networks.

  • Target Access for 50 Thousand Public Service Points

When it starts operating later, Satria-1 will have a starting point of 10Gbps. Head of the Bakti Kominfo Satellite Division and BAKTI spokesperson for Satria Sri Sanggrama Aradea said, Bakti Kominfo will provide access to 50 thousand public service points in the early stages of the satellite’s operation.
