I was a V4 Company franchisee from January 2021 until July 2022 and, since from the beginning, many friends in the market have been asking me whether it is worth it or not, I decided to document my perspective on the entire process.

And the short answer is: yes, if you have the necessary investment (approximately R$100,000) and the willingness to learn. If this is not your case, I sincerely recommend starting by taking V4's official Growth Marketing training.

Having had my company since 2016 and having always adopted a positioning very similar to V4 Company (commitment to sales, decisions always based on data and special expertise in paid traffic) I honestly believe that I am an outlier in relation to the public that generally chooses to purchase franchises.

I have had my Digital Marketing consulting/advisory company since 2016. I have always offered my services following a positioning very similar to that of V4, with a total focus on increasing customer sales regardless of what needs to be done (as opposed to selling service packages, such as agencies).

This alignment of values ​​was a great motivator for me to make the decision to become a franchisee. After all, I would have to change few aspects of my day-to-day operation, it wouldn't have as much impact on the team's culture and, in the end, I could continue applying my expertise without necessarily needing to “learn everything again”.

Furthermore, the speed of return on investment and the low risk involved in this decision were very important factors.

At the time (September 2020) the minimum investment to become a franchisee was R$20,000 – well below what it is currently – and V4 Company guaranteed the first customer with a monthly service fee of at least R$2,500.

If I kept that first customer for at least 10 months, my investment was already paid for.

This, of course, considering the worst possible scenario, in which I would only receive one client, which I can already say was not the case: my return on investment arrived in the fourth month of operation: three clients sent by the head office that totaled a fee R$10,000 and two clients acquired by me that totaled a fee of R$20,000.

And about the risk, if I didn't like V4 Company for any reason, I already had my client base and in practice my situation wouldn't change at all.

Another advantage worth mentioning, and today I see as the biggest benefit of this entire process, is being part of an ecosystem where young people from all corners of Brazil are building a billion-dollar company.

Does V4 Company deliver on what it promises?

Yes, including the promise that you will need to work hard and achieve operational excellence to be successful as a franchisee.

Everything that was passed on in conversations with salespeople and onboarding was delivered, including the side that is not always clear to everyone: the side of hard work, commitment to results and intellectual honesty that requires working in such an environment. competitive and fast-changing.

Does this mean that I agree with everything V4 Company says? Of course.

V4 is a company, not a religion. I disagree with several internal processes and also how some issues are handled, but I believe this is part of the process of building a story. Complaining from the rooftops won't get me anywhere and even puts me in a position of arrogance.

After all, the guys built a super innovative business model in the Digital Marketing segment and are successfully heading towards an IPO worth billions of reais. Who am I to beat my chest and tell them what they're doing wrong?
