Korean Couple Admits Being the Champion of Indonesia Open Assisted by the Istora Public

– South Korean pair, Baek Ha Na/Lee So Hee won the Kapal Api Group Indonesia Open 2023 badminton tournament. The world’s second-ranked women’s doubles won after overcoming the resistance of Japanese representatives, Yuki Fukushima/Sayaka Hirota with a score of 22-20, 21- 10.

In the match that was held at Istora Gelota Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, Sunday (18/6/2023), the fifth seed from Ginseng Country admitted that he already had a strategy to face the world ranked 10 pair.

With this result, Baek Ha Na/Lee So Hee won their third title this year after previously winning the German Open and Malaysia Masters 2023. Both of them happily welcomed the victory at the BWF Super 1000 tournament after eight chances to the final and only won three times .

“We often qualified for the final together and failed to win the title. This result gives us motivation to win the title in the next tournament,” concluded Ha Na.
