La Liga Schedule Released: Barcelona vs Getafe August 13, First El Clasico October 29

– Barcelona will begin their fight for defending the La Liga title by visiting Getafe on Monday, 13 August, at 22.00 WIB.

Meanwhile Real Madrid will start the new season by visiting Athletic Bilbao.

Atletico Madrid will face newly promoted team, Granada, in the opening match of the 2023-24 season.

El Clasico the first is scheduled for 29 October 2023 and will be played at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuic, which serves as Barcelona’s temporary home while Camp Nou is under construction.

An extensive redevelopment plan is expected to be completed in 2026, with Barcelona returning to their traditional home ground for the 2024-25 season at Camp Nou which is not yet at full capacity.

Barcelona and Madrid will meet for the second time on April 21 in the Spanish capital.

As always, supporters of Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid will also be looking forward to the Madrid Derby. Their first meeting will be held on the weekend of 24 September (Matchday 6) at home to Atleti Civitas Metropolitano, with a return encounter on the weekend of 4 February (Matchday 23) at the Santiago Bernabeau.
