Looking for Super Quality U-11 and U-13 Young Badminton Players

– In 2023, the General Audition for PB Djarum 2023 is looking for young badminton players of super quality and a winning mentality which will be held from Sunday, July 2 to Thursday, July 6, 2023 at GOR Djarum, Jati, Kudus, Central Java.

The search event initiated by PB Djarum and Bakti Sports Djarum Foundation targets two age groups, namely U-11, namely participants aged 8-10 years or born in 2013-2015, and U-13, namely participants aged 11-12 years or born 2011-2012, both male and female.

As many as 2,220 young badminton players have registered to take part in the selection process. Participants came from various regions in the country including Aceh 9 participants, Central Java 1,063 participants, West Java 300 participants, East Java 233 participants, Bali 15 participants, Sumatra 76 participants, Kalimantan 77 participants, Sulawesi 76 participants and Papua 30 participants. They are ready to achieve their dream of winning the Djarum Badminton Scholarship and joining the PB Djarum club.

The Djarum Foundation’s Program Director for Bakti Sports who is also the Chairman of PB Djarum, Yoppy Rosimin said, PB Djarum’s 2023 General Audition with the theme #KeepingSemangatJuara was held with the aim of maintaining the chain of development of talented young talents which was carried out from an early age.

Yoppy hopes that from the thousands of participants this year, quality badminton players will be born who will make the nation proud on the world stage.
