Dirkrimum Polda Sumut Kombes Sumaryono explained, both parties, both victims and perpetrators of abuse, reported each other to the Medan Polrestabes.

Sumaryono explained, the Medan Polrestabes had conducted an examination and held a case which stated that the case deserved to be moved from investigation to investigation on February 27, 2023.

“However, on February 28 the case was transferred to the Regional Police as it was stated that there were complaints and this incident there were two reports reporting to each other, which means that from the two Polrestabes reports we will withdraw them to the North Sumatra Police,” he said.

Sumaryono explained, North Sumatra Police investigators then held a special case on April 25, 2023. As a result, Aditya Hasibuan alias AH was named a suspect.

In this regard, the North Sumatra Regional Police immediately issued a warrant for the arrest and detention of AH.

“Yes, according to the investigation process, the forced effort that we are doing tonight is to arrest and continue the detention process,” he said.

Sumaryono explained that the length of time the case was held for the determination of the suspect AH. He argued that investigators were still waiting for Ken Admiral to return to Indonesia.

It is known, Ken is a student who is studying abroad.

“Why are we increasing today’s case because the reporting brother carried out his study abroad assignment so that only a few days ago the reporting brother came to Medan and an investigation was carried out on the reporter,” he said.
