Al Hilal is ready to pay Messi Rp. 111.2 billion per week
– Club Al Hilal are seeking a fabulous £400 million deal to sign Lionel Messi from PSG this summer.
The move to sign the Argentine would see former Manchester United striker Ighalo leaving after his contract expires.
Sky Sports reports that an oral offer has been made for Messid with the overall package being valued at over £400 million as his contract at PSG also expires this summer.
Messi is currently suspended by PSG, for two weeks, after traveling without permission to Saudi Arabia. That angered the club’s supporters, and the World Cup winner has apologized in a video posted on social media.
A move to Saudi Arabia would make Messi the highest-paid player in world football history, with a weekly salary of over £6 million or around Rp.111.2 billion per week.
If realized, the Saudi Arabian football competition will attract even more attention because now there is Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr. Any deal that brings Messi to Al Hilal will see the two compete again, just like when Messi played for Barcelona and Ronaldo represented Real Madrid.
