Fiorentina Challenge Inter in the Coppa Italia Final

The club Fiorentina advanced to the final round of the Coppa Italia and will face the defending champions Inter Milan. The result was achieved after in the semifinals leg secondly, hosts Fiorentina played a goalless draw against Cremonese at the Artemio Franchi Stadium, on Thursday (27/4/2023) evening local time.

Fiorentina continued to hold on to the ball comfortably after the break, but the Cremonese defense managed to deny them several scoring chances.

The visitors regained possession towards the end but lacked the quality to overturn the deficit.

Fiorentina will meet Inter in the final on 24 May at the Stadio Olimpico, after Simone Inzaghi’s side beat Juventus 1-0 on Wednesday to secure a 2-1 aggregate win.
