Instagram Releases Trending on Reels and a Line of New Features for Content Creators

Instagram previously made it easier for users to share and save various posts with friends with the new Collaborative Collections feature or collaborative collections.

In a Twitter post, Instagram announced that now multiple users can contribute simultaneously to save content into “collaborative collections.”

This special space is a library, where users and their Instagram friends can share other users’ posts with each other.

To use this feature, press the Bookmark icon in the bottom-right corner of the photo or video post you want to save, select the option to create a new collaborative collection, name the collection, and enable the option to allow friends to join the collection.

Then, this platform owned by Meta will also remove the post from the collection if the owner deletes the post.

Also, users cannot convert Instagram collaborative collections into private collections once they have created and shared the user’s private collections with others.
