NBA Playoffs, Favorite Phoenix Suns Eliminate LA Clippers

Favorite club champion Phoenix Suns managed to qualify for the second round of the NBA playoffs, after eliminating the LA Clippers 4-1 in the first round. The victory was achieved after the Suns won 136-130 in the fifth match at the Footprint Center, Phoenix, Wednesday (26/4/2023).

Shown under the support of the crowd, the Suns had trailed in the first two quarters, with the Clippers leading at the end of the first half 70-61.

The key to the Suns victory came in the third quarter, when their players were able to score up to 50 points. Meanwhile, the Clippers players managed to be muted only scored 24 points.

Duet Devin Booker and Kevin Durant scored 47 and 31 points respectively.

Suns center Deandre Dayton added 21 points.

In the Clippers camp, only two players stood out, Norman Powell and Mason Plumlee who each scored 27 and 20 points.

In defensive statistics, the Suns players were able to block the Clippers’ attacks four times, and steal the ball from the hands of their opponents seven times.
