Regarding the tragic death of bodybuilder Justyn Vicky, this was said by the South Denpasar Police Chief

Denpasar, Beritasatu.com – Bodybuilder from Bali, Justyn Vicky died at Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar, Bali. Previously, it was widely reported that Justyn Vicky died after suffering a broken neck incident when he failed to lift a 210-kilogram barbell while training at the gym on Saturday (15/7/2023) around 10.00 WITA.

Regarding this death, South Denpasar Police Chief AKP Ida Ayu Made Kalpika Sari revealed that Justyn Vicky alias Herman Fauzi (34) died after carrying out an operation at the hospital.

“He died in the hospital after surgery. The incident happened at Paradise Gym,” said AKP Ida Ayu Made Kalpika Sari, confirmed separately, Monday (24/7/2023) afternoon.

When reviewing the location, Paradise Gym which is located on Jalan Danau Tamblingan, Number 174, Sanur, South Denpasar, Denpasar City was reluctant to comment on this matter.

Justyn Vicky alias Herman Fauzi (34) is known to live in the area of ​​Jalan Tukad Ayung, Denpasar City, Bali.

“The victim suffered a broken neck until he died. He was taken to the hospital but his life could not be saved,” added Ida Ayu Made Kalpika Sari.

In the circulating video, Justyn Vicky is known to be lifting a barbell in position back squad and accompanied by two fitness colleagues.

When lifting the victim is not strong enough to fall backwards with the barbell still on the back of his neck.

Then he was taken to Wangaya Hospital on Monday (17/7/2023) around 14.00 WITA to undergo surgery but the victim remained unconscious until he was declared dead.

“The victim was taken to Jember. Buried there,” concluded AKP Ida Ayu Made Kalpika Sari.
