All India Cine Workers Association has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the letter, there has been a demand to stop the screening of the film immediately and to ban Adipurush in OTT platforms in future. It is written in the letter of the organization that an FIR should be registered against the director Om Raut, dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir Shukla and the producers of the film.
The letter states that the image of Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman has been maligned through the script and dialogues of the film. Adipurush’s film is hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus and Sanatan Dharma. It has been said that Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan should not have been a part of such a shameful film made in the history of Indian cinema.
There is complete destruction of our faith in Adipurush Shri Ram and Ramayana. Amid growing controversy over Adipurush, a group of people protested against the film’s release in Varanasi.
