New Delhi. Suhana Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, has bought agricultural land in Thal village of Alibaug. The cost of this land is Rs 12 crore 91 lakh. Construction work has also been done on this one and a half acre land at 2218 square feet. The transaction took place on June 1 and for this Rs 77 lakh 46 thousand stamp duty has been paid by Suhana Khan. Suhana Khan has bought this land from three sisters (Anjali, Rekha and Priya). The three sisters had inherited this land from their parents.

Land purchase data is released by IndexTap.com. Interestingly, Suhana Khan is shown as an agriculturalist (farmer) in the papers. Suhana Khan is 23 years old and has entered the cinema world just like her father. Her debut film The Archies will soon release on the OTT platform Netflix, directed by star director Zoya Akhtar. Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi will also be seen in the film along with Suhana Khan.
Shahrukh Khan’s already owned property in Alibaug
It is known that Thal village is 12 minutes away from Alibaug town and 31 minutes away from Mandwa jetty. From here boats are available for the Gateway of India. It is reported that Shah Rukh Khan has a sea facing property in Thal itself and when SRK turned 52, all the Bollywood stars reached his bungalow which has facilities ranging from swimming pool to helipad. The property is registered under the name Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, in which Shah Rukh Khan’s mother-in-law Savita Chhibber and sister-in-law Namita Chhibber are directors.
Bungalows of many celebrities in the seaside area
A fine of Rs 3.6 crore was imposed by the Raigad collector in 2020 for violating the Bombay Tenancy Act on the owners of the bungalow for demolishing the original farmhouse. The coastal areas of Alibaug are home to many celebrities of Mumbai. These include big names like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, industrialist Gautam Singhania. Connectivity from Alibaug to Mumbai had improved after the introduction of Ro-Ro and speed boat services.
