Liputan6.com, Jakarta Terra (LUNA) is a public blockchain protocol that emerged from Terra Classic. Terra Classic is home to the TerraClassicUSD (UST) stablecoin algorithm.

It’s now renamed the UST-backed LUNC token, which crashed in May 2022. That dropped LUNA’s valuation to almost zero and led to the launch of new chains producing Terra Classic and Terra.

Development of Terra Classic launched in January 2018 and its blockchain was launched in April 2019. It seeks to combine the price and wide adoption of fiat currency with the censorship robustness of Bitcoin (BTC) and offers fast and affordable through its UST stablecoin.

Terra Classic offers stablecoins pegged to the US dollar, South Korean won, Mongolian tugrik, and a basket of International Monetary Fund Special Drawing Rights currencies. So how is the price movement of the Luna coin today?

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, Wednesday (26/4/2023), LUNA Coin slightly weakened 0.06 percent in the last 24 hours. The LUNA Coin price is currently at Rp. 18,888 with a trading volume of Rp. 460.7 billion in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Coinmarketcap’s current ranking is 108, up from the previous 115. LUNA Coin has a market capitalization of around IDR 4.9 trillion. Until now, there has been a circulating supply of 127.4 million LUNA Coins, of which the maximum supply is not available.
