– Indonesia’s mainstay jetski athlete Aero Sutan Aswar is again hitting the jetski world. This time, Aero Aswar won four numbers or four podium finishes in the 1st National Philippines Jetski Tour 2023 which took place from 17 June to 18 June 2023 at General Santos, Philippines.

The general chairman of the Indonesian Jetsport Boating Association (PP IJBA), Syaiful Sutan Aswar, said that Aero won the four numbers namely, 1st place pro am runabout limitedchampion number 1 endurance runabout openchampion number 1 endurance runabout stock and 2nd place winner expert runabout stock.

“I happily welcome Aero’s victory this time. As the coach and general chairman of PP IJBA, he stated that Aero’s participation in this championship is also a form of preparation for Aero to take part in the world championships in the United States (US) in October and it is hoped that he will be able to return to the top position. as world champion in 2023,” said Fully Aswar when confirmed Monday (19/6/2023).

The championship was attended by racers from Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and the host Philippines. The 1st National Philippines Jetski Tour 2023 will contest 10 numbers. Meanwhile, Aero dropped to four numbers.

Aero, who just won a gold medal at the SEA Games in Cambodia 2023, admitted that the championship this time was quite a challenge.
