SEA Games 2023: Men’s National Volleyball Team Defeats Philippines 3-0

– The Indonesian men’s national volleyball team immediately stepped on the gas in the first match of the Group A preliminary round at the 2023 SEA Games at the Phnom Penh Olympic Stadium, Cambodia, Wednesday (3/5/2023).

Without mercy, Indonesia managed to beat the Philippines in three straight sets with a score of 25-18, 25-18, and 25-23.

Winning 2-0, Indonesia had to work hard again in the third set. The Philippines, which had not surrendered, was able to provide tough resistance. Chasing after the score occurred and the score was a draw.

Playing young players like Anggara Agil Angga made the match even more exciting. Angga also scored aces at critical moments. The score was tight when Indonesia won 23-21. However, confidence coupled with the support of supporters made Indonesia managed to close the match with a 25-23 victory.
